Perry Riggs is the deputy executive director for the Navajo Nation Washington Office (NNWO). Prior to Joining NNWO, Perry was an attorney for the Gila River Indian Community, the U.S. Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community, as well as private practice on the Navajo Nation. Perry has been a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Arizona since 1999 and he has a J.D., MBA and a BS in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.

Perry is also Navajo from Leupp, Arizona. He is Kinyaa’aanii (Towering House), born for Naakai Dine’e (Mexican Clan). His maternal grandfathers are Tl’aashchi’i (Red Bottom People) and his paternal grandfathers are Tl’izilani (Many Goats).
