Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Programs

The Department of Treasury is holding a consultation on a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) entitled “Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Programs” issued by Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The consultation will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET. Treasury is accepting written or electronic comments received by June 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Alaska Time.
